Principle of Bin-rotation Product
The bin is spun by gearbox drives and it forms relative rotation with the scrape knife. During this process the coal bonding on the surface of bin wall are scraped off. Meanwhile a thrust force is produced and this is beneficial to coal flow.

The scraper is spun by gear box drives and it forms relative rotation with the bin wall. During this process the coal bonding on the surface of bin wall are scraped off. Meanwhile a thrust force is produced and this is beneficial to coal flow.

As one of main auxiliary systems for circulating fluidized beds, normal or abnormal operation of coal feeding system directly influences the security and stability of the whole boiler. A lot of accidents are caused by an abnormal coal feeding system in the actual operation. There are mainly two types of faults in coal feeding systems:
(1) unsmooth coal feeding at coal feeder entrance, resulting in coal break or coal quantity fluctuation;
(2) blockage of coal dropping pipe at the burner entrance (hereinafter referred to as the coal dropping pipe blockage).
Though the latter does not occur as frequently as the former, it often causes bigger accidents because it is difficult to deal with. The Coal feeder Anti-clogging device will prevent coal dropping pipe blockage.
