As an Official Partner, BRAAMD’s team of Sales Engineers, Service Engineers, and Marketing & Support Specialists participated in this comprehensive training program aimed at strengthening customer engagement and refining sales strategies.

Throughout the program, participants focused on customer behavior, effective sales strategies, and structuring impactful meetings. The first day of the program centered on mastering customer engagement, asking the right questions, and active listening, ensuring that all interactions are more customer-focused.
